A lean and fluid approach to learning.
A LEMA apprentice will start a 6 week pre-apprenticeship programme where they will learn the basics of manufacturing along with valuable employability skills. During this 6 week period our employment team will work with our apprentices to support them in finding an employer.
90% of our apprentices gain employment and progress on the next stage of the apprenticeship (2014/15)
Our apprentices will then start a Level 2 apprenticeship in Performing Manufacturing Operations where they will combine work based experience coupled with academy based learning using our Simulated Work Environment (SWE).
