An exciting, flexible and varied approach to learning.

A LEMA apprentice will start a 6 week pre-apprenticeship programme where they will learn the basics of engineering along with valuable employability skills. During this 6 week period our employment team will work with our apprentices to support them in finding an employer.

90% of our apprentices gain employment and progress on the next stage of the apprenticeship (2014/15)

Our apprentices will then start a Level 2 apprenticeship in Improving Operational Performance where they will combine work based experience with academic study.

84.6% of our Level 2 apprentices achieve in a timely manner (2014/15)

On successful completion of the Level 2 apprenticeship our apprentices will have the opportunity to progress onto our Level 3 Apprenticeship in Engineering Manufacture
