At LEMA we offer commercial training as well as apprenticeships. We have designed a selection of different courses which use lean methodology to upskill your workforce, reduce waste and raise efficiency. Although our courses cover the majority of aspects within engineering and manufacturing, we are also able to tailor a course specifically to your needs!

All of our trainers are qualified and have an abundance of experience in the field. They also have extensive understanding of standard production line processes, problem solving skills, the 5S’s, 8 wastes, Kaizen, visual management and many more techniques.

All commercial training takes places at our state of the art Simulated Work Environment (SWE) facility in Birmingham, which involves a fully operational production line fitted with all the latest technological advances.
